About Me

I'm just an ordinary person striving for balance in this chaotic world. Good health and spirituality don't mean sacrificing fun and enjoyment. Living your fullest life isn't daunting. You don't have to change who you are or give up what you love.

You can do this,  & trust me, no matter what your situation is, I can relate & help you through it.

My Why

For over a decade, I felt "off".  I wasn't clinically sick but I definitely wasn't well either.  Back pain, gut issues, food sensitivities, stiff joints, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety - you name it,  So many doctors, tests, pills.  Nothing helped. Even worse, there were zero answers.  I had a mystery illness & I was feeling worse & worse as time went on.  I was told that I might just be too sensitive.  That it was likely all "in my head".  & for some time, I started to believe it.  I was frustrated, burnt out, & left feeling hopeless & helpless. Now, not only did I not feel well physically, my mental, emotional, & spiritual health suffered & I started to feel lost & confused.  I knew things were off & out of balance but I had no idea what to do or where to turn.  I had a hard time explaining how I felt & when I looked around it seemed like what I was experiencing was "normal".  Most people a bit unhappy & unhealthy, & to think that I could be the one to change that seemed insane & honestly a bit selfish.

I mean everyone's struggling, who am I to think that I deserved better?

But I couldn't live like that.  Something inside me whispered that called to me telling me there was more.  That life wasn't meant to be endured.  We weren't put here to struggle or feel half alive & half on autopilot.  The word "vibrant" stuck with me & I was determined to fight until I felt it.  I craved a vibrant & joyful existence.  I wanted to live & love more fully.  I needed to break out of monotony & mediocrity.  I felt an unexplainable tug in my heart telling me that there was so much more for me & I wasn't going to give up until I found it.

So, I started to research on my own & explore holistic medicine, alternative therapies, & spirituality.  I searched for like-minded people & the right healers for me & thank God I did, because they honestly changed my life.  I discovered that I wasn't crazy or making symptoms up in my head.  I have an autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.  Against the advice of my doctors and most of the people around me, I decided to take the longer route of healing at the roots instead of managing symptoms with medication.  Through nutritional adjustments, stress management, and a holistic lifestyle, I’ve been able to manage this condition naturally, and feel better than I ever imagined.

I got answers & direction.

I found hope in my soul tribe.

I found strength in my own intuition.

I became empowered.

I sought a spiritual purpose.

I got in tune with nature.

I started to rewire my brain.

I improved my stress.

I worked on my nervous system.

I changed my life.

On top of healing my physical health, I started the journey to heal my mental, emotional, & spiritual health as well.  I was able to re-ignite that fire in my belly & I set out to live a life that would always fan those flames.

Optimal health isn't just the absence of disease, it's a state of complete physical, mental & social well-being. Happiness isn't just the absence of negative feelings & stress, it's thriving in a passionately meaningful life.  It's living & loving fully & vibrantly.  It's pushing past mediocrity & believing there's more for yourself.  It's intentionally living life when everyone else seems to be settling for simply existing.  When I found out this was possible for myself I knew I had to spread the word.  Since then, I've been on a personal & professional journey spreading awareness that there is a better way.  That if you're like me & have a tugging at your heart that's telling you there's more, you can get there too.  I empower & guide others so they know they can find their own paths to true health, wealth, & happiness.  You can get there, & through the ripple effect, inspire others as well.

4 Pillars to Healing & Transformation

Dig down to the root

Live in the sweet spot

       Dig down to the root

The taller a tree, the deeper its roots. A tree that wants to touch the sky, must extend its roots down into the ground.  The deeper the roots grow, the higher the tree branches can reach.  To rise upwards, we must also dig downwards to find & heal at our roots.

To get to great heights, we must do the groundwork to build & maintain a strong & broad base.

Awareness is the first step toward change. Understanding your motivations, values, and goals is essential for creating the life you truly want. Without examining your “why,” you might follow someone else’s path, never measuring up to their expectations—or your own. But when you discover what makes your heart sing, you become empowered to take control of your well-being. Self-knowledge is where true healing begins.

The peak of the mountain sits on a solid foundation.  The wider & sturdier the base, the stronger & higher the mountaintop.  Without a supportive foundation, it would crack & crumble.

Lay a solid foundation

Nourish your mind, body, & soul

Your mind, body, & soul are nourished with things that are both on & off the plate.  When we're not filling ourselves up with the right things, we tend to fill our plate & our belly instead to make up for the voids we feel.  To  maintain optimal nutrition & health, it's important to look at nourishment from a holistic point of view to truly address & satisfy the hunger in your heart & soul.

Off the plate: exercise, career relationships, social life, finances, creativity, spirituality, etc.

Where Heaven & Earth Meet

Mountains have long been considered sacred by indigenous cultures—the Axis Mundi, where heaven and earth come closest. The mountain’s peak draws a vertical axis from sky to base, connecting the heart of the world.

Standing on a summit is believed to bring you closest to the heavens. At Mountains of Wellness, we seek that same awe-inspiring sensation: reaching the peak of your well-being so profoundly it feels like you’ve touched Heaven on Earth.
