About Me
I'm just an ordinary person striving for balance in this chaotic world. Good health and spirituality don't mean sacrificing fun and enjoyment. Living your fullest life isn't daunting. You don't have to change who you are or give up what you love.
You can do this, & trust me, no matter what your situation is, I can relate & help you through it.

My Why
For over a decade, I felt "off". I wasn't clinically sick but I definitely wasn't well either. Back pain, gut issues, food sensitivities, stiff joints, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety - you name it, So many doctors, tests, pills. Nothing helped. Even worse, there were zero answers. I had a mystery illness & I was feeling worse & worse as time went on. I was told that I might just be too sensitive. That it was likely all "in my head". & for some time, I started to believe it. I was frustrated, burnt out, & left feeling hopeless & helpless. Now, not only did I not feel well physically, my mental, emotional, & spiritual health suffered & I started to feel lost & confused. I knew things were off & out of balance but I had no idea what to do or where to turn. I had a hard time explaining how I felt & when I looked around it seemed like what I was experiencing was "normal". Most people a bit unhappy & unhealthy, & to think that I could be the one to change that seemed insane & honestly a bit selfish.
I mean everyone's struggling, who am I to think that I deserved better?
But I couldn't live like that. Something inside me whispered that called to me telling me there was more. That life wasn't meant to be endured. We weren't put here to struggle or feel half alive & half on autopilot. The word "vibrant" stuck with me & I was determined to fight until I felt it. I craved a vibrant & joyful existence. I wanted to live & love more fully. I needed to break out of monotony & mediocrity. I felt an unexplainable tug in my heart telling me that there was so much more for me & I wasn't going to give up until I found it.
So, I started to research on my own & explore holistic medicine, alternative therapies, & spirituality. I searched for like-minded people & the right healers for me & thank God I did, because they honestly changed my life. I discovered that I wasn't crazy or making symptoms up in my head. I have an autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Against the advice of my doctors and most of the people around me, I decided to take the longer route of healing at the roots instead of managing symptoms with medication. Through nutritional adjustments, stress management, and a holistic lifestyle, I’ve been able to manage this condition naturally, and feel better than I ever imagined.
I got answers & direction.
I found hope in my soul tribe.
I found strength in my own intuition.
I became empowered.
I sought a spiritual purpose.
I got in tune with nature.
I started to rewire my brain.
I improved my stress.
I worked on my nervous system.
I changed my life.
On top of healing my physical health, I started the journey to heal my mental, emotional, & spiritual health as well. I was able to re-ignite that fire in my belly & I set out to live a life that would always fan those flames.
Optimal health isn't just the absence of disease, it's a state of complete physical, mental & social well-being. Happiness isn't just the absence of negative feelings & stress, it's thriving in a passionately meaningful life. It's living & loving fully & vibrantly. It's pushing past mediocrity & believing there's more for yourself. It's intentionally living life when everyone else seems to be settling for simply existing. When I found out this was possible for myself I knew I had to spread the word. Since then, I've been on a personal & professional journey spreading awareness that there is a better way. That if you're like me & have a tugging at your heart that's telling you there's more, you can get there too. I empower & guide others so they know they can find their own paths to true health, wealth, & happiness. You can get there, & through the ripple effect, inspire others as well.

Coach vs. a Nutritionist, Therapist, or Doctor?Coach vs. Nutritionist A Holistic Coach is a supportive ally who helps people understand how to nourish themselves holistically & guides them toward their goals. A nutritionist focuses mainly on nutrition & diet. A coach does this as well but places a large focus on non-food forms of nourishment like career, relationships, physical activity, & spirituality too. Coaches also provide the accountability & support to implement changes & behavior shifts beyond what a traditional nutritionist or dietician is able to offer. Coach vs. Therapist Unlike therapists who diagnose mental health behaviors, a Holistic Coach offers valuable resources for getting through periods of challenge, anxiety, or fear related to worries that are outside general mental health concerns. Instead of diagnosing, they serve as an active & supportive listener who utilizes their training to empower & guide clients to discover their own challenges & solutions. Another difference is that therapists place a lot of their focus on one's past to examine unhealthy thought patterns & behaviors. While coaches address the past to dig down to the root cause, much of their focus brings a client back to the present & future to utilize strengths & make immediate lifestyle & behavior changes toward goals. Coach vs. Doctor Unlike a doctor, a Holistic Coach cannot order lab work, prescribe medication, or diagnose health issues. What they can do though is pick up where a doctor leaves off & offer much needed support & guidance to make nutrition & lifestyle changes that a doctor may suggest. Doctors unfortunately don't have the time to work with patients to develop & follow through with health plans, which is why the majority of patients are unable to make the necessary changes, ending up right back in the doctor's office. Holistic vs. Developmental or Performance Coaching?At Mountains of Wellness, I offer personal & professional holistic coaching. This type of coaching takes aspects of performance & developmental coaching a step further to help clients truly transform. Performance coaching Externally focused & outcome driven. Why are marketing budgets nonexistent or 1st to get cut?Nonexistent marketing Many small businesses don’t think they need to do marketing. In fact, around 37% of small businesses don’t even have a website to market their products & services. Business owners are either intimidated by marketing, afraid that marketing makes them "greedy", or feel that they’re just too busy & overwhelmed trying to get customers through the door to be bothered with “fancy marketing.” Ironically, marketing is a far more effortless & surer way to bring in business than any other activity. Cutting marketing budgets Marketing budgets get cut first because they are often viewed as non-essential costs. During the session, I place my hands lightly on or slightly above specific areas of your body—from head to feet—using standard Reiki hand positions. You may feel warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, or simply a deep sense of relaxation. Many people find they enter a peaceful state; some even drift off to sleep.
