What is the ETT Wellness Journey?​​

The ETT Wellness Journey is a safe, nurturing space where you rebuild trust with your body, reconnect with your truth, and shift out of survival mode into steadiness and clarity. It’s not a diet, a challenge, or a quick fix — it’s a sustainable, soul-centered path back to yourself.

And while it's a group program, every tool is designed to be personalized and adaptable, supporting women of any age or stage of their health and wellness journey.

Through nourishing foods, supportive movement, nervous system regulation, and gentle mindset work, you’ll start to feel more grounded, energized, and connected to your body again. Week by week, you’ll receive powerful tools, compassionate accountability, and a community that truly sees you.  This is where you soften the stress, release old patterns, and create a rhythm that's aligned, doable, and deeply yours.

How It Works: The 3x3 Journey

Choose your path:

  • Core Program (Months 1-3): A guided wellness intensive to reset your rhythms and reconnect to what matters.

  • Integration Add-On (Optional Months 4-6): Continued support to deepen and sustain your transformation.

This program meets you where you are.  While this is designed as a 6-month journey, we offer flexibility for women who prefer to begin with the 3-month core experience and decide from there.

PHASE 1: CORE 3-MONTH INTENSIVE

Important Dates & How to Join

We begin the ETT Wellness Journey with a soft start on January 1st. You’ll ease into the rhythm, meet the community, and get grounded for the year ahead.  Enrollment stays open until our hard deadline of January 11th, when the Journey officially begins.  Here’s the full timeline:

 

January Virtual Calls (4 Sessions)

We’ll be hosting four live Info and Education Sessions in January— one per week for the whole month.  Everyone who attends will receive a $100 off gift! (Dates announced soon.)

 

January Soft Start — January 1st

Welcome call + meet the community.  Gentle reflection + guided preparation for the new year.  No pressure — just grounding, clarity, and support

 

Enrollment Deadline — January 31st

This is the final day to register and join the January cohort.

 

Official Journey Kickoff — February 1st

This is our first Sunday Start together and marks the true beginning of the program.

 

First In-Person Meetup — February 1st

We gather in person to anchor your intentions, build momentum, and begin this journey as a community.

Meet Your Guides

 

Danielle is a heart-centered wellness guide who blends science and soul to help women feel safe, steady, and whole again. With a background in business, marketing, and community development, she spent years working in corporate and municipal roles — but eventually followed the pull toward her true calling: supporting women through healing, growth, and sustainable transformation. 

 

Her work is rooted in neuroscience, nutrition, nervous system regulation, psychology, energy healing, and her own lived experience — including her journey through burnout, chronic illness, , and finding her way back home to herself.  She knows what it feels like to be exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, and longing for a version of yourself you barely remember. That’s why she teaches wellness in a way that’s gentle, compassionate, practical, and deeply sustainable.  One small, healing shift at a time.

Outside of coaching, Danielle finds joy in nature, travel, time with animals, cooking nourishing meals, creating cozy, peaceful spaces, and diving into books, classes, workshops, podcasts, retreats... pretty much anything that expands the mind and soul.  She’s deeply rooted in her relationships and loves spending time with friends and family — the meaningful connections that inspire much of how she supports others on their healing journeys.  These passions shape the grounded, nurturing way she supports others. 

 

Her mission is simple and sincere: to help women feel alive, supported, and empowered… and to walk beside them as they become the healthiest, happiest, truest version of themselves.

Christina  is a wellness educator and mentor who believes feeling good shouldn’t be complicated — it should be accessible, realistic, and rooted in the rhythms of everyday life. As a wife, mom of three, high school teacher, and founder of Point Nourish LLC, she brings a grounded, practical perspective to holistic health, meeting women exactly where they are. Her passion for wellness began over a decade ago when she discovered how deeply nutrition, stress, movement, and environmental toxins affect the way we feel. That curiosity led her into holistic wellness, essential oil chemistry, business mentoring, and the science of sustainable habits — tools she now uses to help women make meaningful changes without overwhelm.

Christina understands the unique challenges busy women face: low energy, digestive struggles, hormonal shifts, constant stress, and the pressure to take care of everything and everyone. Her approach is gentle but effective: small steps, supportive routines, smart strategies, and natural tools that help the body feel safe, balanced, and energized again.

 

When she’s not teaching or coaching, you’ll find Christina with her family, cooking, strength training, experimenting with holistic remedies, or simplifying daily routines to bring more calm into her home. These practices shape her encouraging, down-to-earth style and her belief that wellness is built from the inside out, one intentional choice at a time.

 

Her mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their energy, and feel more confident in their health than they ever thought possible.

Danielle and Christina have been friends since middle school — growing up together, dreaming together, and supporting each other through every season of life. After years of walking parallel wellness journeys and building their own businesses, their paths finally aligned in the most natural way. What started long ago with their first little project, Happy Hobby Hour, has now blossomed into a true collaboration of their shared passions and strengths. The ETT Wellness Journey is where their experience, heart, and friendship come together to create a space where women feel supported, grounded, and deeply seen.
